Durian Jam Terms of Use

Durian Jam (the "game") is published by Sầu Riêng 3 Ngon ("we"), Vietnam. By downloading and playing the game you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the terms of the store you got it from (Apple App Store or Google Play). If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Licence. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or modify the game, or use cheating tools, except where the law allows it.
Coins, items and cosmetics. Coins, Blueprints, Pruning Shears, cosmetics and other in-game items are virtual content: they are not money, have no value outside the game, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred. We may adjust amounts, coin prices or how items work to keep the game balanced. The game sells no random loot boxes; you always see exactly what you get before you buy.
In-app purchases. - Payment, invoices and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. To ask for a refund, contact Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. - Coin packs are consumable: once spent they are gone and they are not restored after reinstalling. - "No Ads" and "Starter Pack" are one-time purchases, restored with Restore Purchases on the same store account. "No Ads" removes ads between levels; optional reward videos stay available if you want them. - Progress is saved on your device; uninstalling or changing devices loses progress and unspent coins.
Ads. The game shows third-party ads (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for advertisers' products. Video rewards are granted only when the video finishes.
Orchard names and what you share. You are responsible for your orchard name and anything you share. Do not use offensive names or impersonate other people, other brands or the "Sầu Riêng 3 Ngon" brand. The game filters names but cannot catch everything.
Intellectual property. The Durian Jam name, characters (Bé Sầu, Chú Ngoan Thủ Kho, Chị Ngọc Vật Tư…), art, music, sounds and levels belong to us or our licensors (see Credits & licences in Settings). Characters and stories are fictional.
Changes and discontinuation. We may update, change or stop distributing the game. If we stop for good we will say so in the game or on our website when we can. The game needs no server, so installed copies keep working.
No warranty. The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it bug-free but do not guarantee it will always run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the last 12 months.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes to these terms. We will post changes on this page with a new effective date. Playing after that date means you accept the new version.
