Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

Drag the blocks from the tray onto the board. Fill a whole row or column to clear it and score points. When none of the blocks in the tray fits on the board, the round ends.

What are the game modes?

Journey: travel through 12 stops across Northern, Central and Southern Vietnam. Each level is a customer order (collect every ingredient) or a sales goal to reach.
Nonstop: play as long as you like and beat your own best score.
Rush Hour: score as many points as you can before the time runs out.

What happens when I run out of room?

Once per round, you can keep going: use coins or watch a video to get new blocks.

How do I get coins?

Collect Daily Treats, spin the Lucky Spin, watch a reward video in the Coin Shop, or buy a coin pack.

I bought "No Ads" but still see ads.

"No Ads" turns off interstitial ads. Reward videos are still available, but they only play when you choose to watch them. If you still see interstitial ads, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.

What if I change phones or reinstall the game?

"No Ads" is restored with the Restore Purchases button in Settings. Your progress and coins are stored only on your device, so they do not move to a new device and are lost when you uninstall the game.

I paid but did not receive my coins.

Open the game again while connected to the internet: unfinished purchases are delivered automatically when the game starts. If you still have not received them, email us with your order ID.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the app store:

iPhone, iPad: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: see the Google Play refund guide.

Where do I change the language, or turn off sounds, music, vibration or tips?

Tap the gear icon to open Settings: Sounds, Music, Vibration, Language (Tiếng Việt, English) and Show tips.
